ABOUT US

Xcelerated Performance is a performance-enhancement organization dedicated to teaching the components of successful training and fitness habits to people of all ages.  Our goal is to educate our clients and make them the most physically fit they can be.

Pat Gigante, owner of XP, (KSI Coach, SSC, CPT) has over 15 years experience preparing athletes for elite competition in all sports at the collegiate and youth levels. With experience working with multiple professional athletes and top collegiate lacrosse, hockey, football, soccer, and baseball players, Pat has honed his ability to develop the entire athlete.  Pat spent many years as the Strength & Conditioning Coach at Tufts University and has extensive knowledge of preventing and treating concussions in athletes.

Peter Russo
Peter is a soon-to-be graduate of the Salem State University Sport and Movement Science program.  He has been a member of the XP staff for three years and he uses his extensive athletic background to help develop young athletes of almost any sport.  Peter's versatility allows him to challenge athletes in ways most coaches cannot.  Being a former XP athlete himself has allowed him to develop athletes young and old, as well as discover what areas each individual athlete needs to improve upon.  His combination of youth and experience all him to help his athletes to excel to new levels.

Charlie Ross
Charlie is currently a student at Becker College in Worcester and is expecting to graduate in the spring of 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.  He interned and trained at XP during the summer of 2013, and was hired as a Strength and Conditioning Coach after the internship was completed.  Charlie became a Certified First Responder through the American Red Cross and as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) in 2012.  He also has extensive background as a lacrosse player at both the varsity (Dracut High School) and club levels (Homegrown Academy and Raptors) from 2006-2010.
